PLANTING COMMENCEMENT OF 5 HECTARES OF SONNERATIA CASEOLARIS IN AN THANH NAM COMMUNE, CU LAO DUNG DISTRICT, SOC TRANG PROVINCE
July 11, 2023 saw the first mangrove seedlings in An Thanh Nam commune, Cu Lao Dung in SK Innovation’s first efforts of mangrove reforestation in Mekong Delta. The project will last in four years and create jobs for about 50 people. The project is welcomed by the local government and community. After these become forest, it will strengthen the capacity of fighting against strong wind, waves and storms. The project also aims to raise awareness to young generations đường project period.
